Anne L. Alstott, “Law and the 100-Year Life”

The College of Law will present the Ann F. Baum Memorial Elder Law Lecture, given by Anne L. Alstott, Jacquin D. Bierman Professor in Taxation at Yale Law School. She will discuss how we should think about adjusting elder law in light of the social and economic changes that will result from the average life expectancy of 100 years for children born in the US today.
